A reservation places a refundable $35 reservation with Ritz Motors by Gnomeware, LLC to hold your position in line for a future Ritz Forge truck or Ritz Waypoint SUV. It is not an order, a purchase, or a contract to buy a vehicle, and it does not guarantee delivery, price, specifications, options, trim availability, or timing.
Positions are assigned in the order paid reservations are received and may be shown to you as a reservation number. Cancelled reservations are not back-filled. Ritz Motors by Gnomeware, LLC may adjust ordering to correct errors, fraud, duplicate reservations, payment issues, or misuse of the reservation process.
Your $35 reservation is refundable any time before you finalize a vehicle order. When you cancel, Ritz Motors by Gnomeware, LLC will refund the $35 reservation to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days after the refund is processed by the payment provider. The separate payment processing fee charged at checkout is non-refundable.
Reservations are intended to be one per customer. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or excessive reservations may be refunded and cancelled at the discretion of Ritz Motors by Gnomeware, LLC.
Any prices, specifications, targets, powertrain descriptions, capability goals, images, and dates shown are estimates or concepts for vehicles still in development and may change. Final pricing, specifications, options, purchase terms, order timing, production timing, and delivery timing will be presented before any order conversion.
Reserving creates a basic reservation record tied to your email so Ritz Motors by Gnomeware, LLC can identify your reservation, vehicle preference, ZIP code, and refund request if needed. We may email you reservation, refund, product, ordering, and program updates. You can request a refund or update your details at any time by contacting us.
